FUEL YOUR BODY &
IGNITE YOUR SOUL

A properly fueled body is the key to a higher-quality lifestyle.

Whether you are an athlete in your prime, a busy mom on the go or a retired senior citizen, personalized personal training programs and group fitness classes are an excellent way to stay fit and foster a health-focused way of life.

Our programs and classes include cardiovascular conditioning, body toning, strength training, sports conditioning, and flexibility exercises; while creating a healthy balance between mind and body. Clients are taught the underlying benefits behind these disciplines, as well as the importance of proper breathing, alignment, and form.

The programs are developed based on your individual fitness level, medical history, needs, and goals. And it’s all done in the convenience of your own home or fitness facility.

The journey will be challenging BUT absolutely worth it. Will you join me?!

Services

“Alex is an amazing exercise instructor! She begins our classes with inspiration and for each exercise she demonstrates a low and high impact option. She observes us throughout the entire workout and offers body alignment corrections when needed. She adds humor, motivating music and always compliments us. I look forward to her classes! She makes exercising fun, but at the same time challenges us and we end up with a full body workout.”

Warm Up
Work Out
Cool Down
Repeat

A proper warm-up and a cool-down involve performing exercises at a lower intensity and slower pace, which improves your athletic performance, prevents injuries, and helps with recovery from exercise. We can not emphasize enough, how important it is to include both in your workout.

A Constant Source of Motivation

Please think of us as your cheering section, we’re all about positive reinforcement with a touch of tough love.

The Bottom Line

We provide support, accountability, education, and a personalized plan of attack so that we can tackle your fitness goals while developing good habits for a lifetime.
